Because I couldn't bear to get it out to chop lemon zest and ginger and then have to clean the bowl. So I get tossed everything in there. Mixing butter in the food processor is not really the world's best idea. The best and fluffiest muffins are mixed by combining all the dry ingredients, all the wet ingredients, and then adding the wet to the dry JUST until they are combined.
