What made me think this might also work for ladies is that they ask you for super, super detailed measurements (and give you video instructions about how to take them yourself). And then they reimburse you for any tailoring needed up to $75.Ericanoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6468279200135971946.post-66491734338904829042011-06-23T17:59:49.346-07:002011-06-23T17:59:49.346-07:00@ABBFT where did you find those???@ABBFT where did you find those???east side bridehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06206689296805893265noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6468279200135971946.post-34649776761163344482011-06-23T17:55:55.711-07:002011-06-23T17:55:55.711-07:00@ABBFT i think you mean PANTSPIRATION@ABBFT i think you mean PANTSPIRATIONeast side bridehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06206689296805893265noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6468279200135971946.post-77644427387351284052011-06-23T17:51:05.646-07:002011-06-23T17:51:05.646-07:00If she is anything like my wife (which for shoppin...If she is anything like my wife (which for shopping sake I hope she isn't) then she won't even think of trying on women's clothes. If that is the case there are only two options I can think of: buying a men's suit cut to the largest part of her body and having it tailored down (like buying a crappy BM dress) or having one made. We had Ang's suit made at My Suit NY which is about on par with Men's Wearhouse but only does made to order custom items.

And check out Fit For Femme's blog b/c she really knows how to dress her tomboy. http://fitforafemme.com/blog/archives/category/tomboy

If she is willing to wear women's clothes and is a bit more adventurous then there are so many options. It just comes down to what she envisions herself looking like a million bucks in and where she is accustomed to shopping.

Some BM pant insperation:

http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_320vtjzHiA0/TRuRzRvV2UI/AAAAAAAAAeE/7vtj6RCZtgE/s1600/m&S20101014_0054.jpg

http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-8z6ifguLA7c/Td_XCOCOLoI/AAAAAAAABZg/pVI-xkPuEk8/s1600/cassie_milena_lowRes_001-194.jpg

I've been able to slip some women's button down shirts by Ang without her noticing until she realizes the neck and/or sleeves fit properly. With her men's shirts the sleeves are always too long so she rolls them.

We are both plus size which ultimately means more effort and time put into shopping. And I completely agree with Christina - casual shoes are juvenile - but Angela would disagree.A Bicycle Built For Twohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02068199676248422400noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6468279200135971946.post-90108103063365972042011-06-23T17:01:01.048-07:002011-06-23T17:01:01.048-07:00As a plus-size woman with serious hips who bought ...As a plus-size woman with serious hips who bought new suit jackets at Men's Wearhouse yesterday, may I say that the magic words "Executive Fit" may be helpful.
